At Catering by Chefs, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies.
There is always the risk of contamination as we use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, wheat, lupin, fish & shellfish in our kitchen. We do have strict cross contamination policies, however, we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our items.
